European Wealth, African Poverty: Why?







A KS3-5 History and Geography resource, using images to investigate and question the history of poverty in Africa.
Looking back to 1500, when there was equivalence between Africa and Europe, with the Benin and Tudor empires, the resource unravels seven myths about why Africa has become poorer as Europe has become richer. The pack comprises of a background information booklet, and seven A3 posters of hand painted images.
