IRIN Films – humanitarian news and analysis

These short documentary films from the United Nations’ Office for the Co-ordination of Humanitarian Affairs present forgotten humanitarian crises.
Examples of films include hard-hitting topics such as: the war in South Sudan, female circumcision, child soldiers and violence against women.
The films are free to watch online, and last between 10 and 20 minutes. They include interviews with people caught up in the crisis and experts from charities, and campaigning organisations. They would be appropriate for post-16 students.
